Do I need to create an account?
Not for the current pilot. Secure case access is stored in your browser after creation.
When do I provide my email?
Only if AskVictor accepts your case and you choose to finalize the engagement. Email is then requested with the service terms and mandate.
Does Victor contact Avis as soon as I start chatting?
No. Starting a case does not authorize any contact with Avis. Explicit authorization comes later.
Can I send documents?
The case is ready for evidence handling, but customer files remain blocked from validated use until private malware scanning is active.
